Piso en La Ciudad de Artes

Pros: We stayed in this flat for 2 weeks during the Christmas and New Year's Eve, and everything was great. THE HOSTS, Alfredo and Soraya were great. Even before our arrival, they responded very quickly to every request that we've made in order to make our stay a perfect one. They provided a baby crib, 2 new hichairs for our babies and allso some nice baby accessories. They even prepared a welcome gift - a gift basket with champagne, wine and local specialties. Also, when our little baby got sick, they provided all the necessary information in order to get ASAP to a hospital. Guys, you are amazing! Thanks for everything! THE FLAT is recently modern renovated and even if the rooms are not so big, it offers all the comfort you need. It has wooden flooring and a heating & air conditioning system in all rooms. The flat has 2 master bedrooms, with double beds, and 2 smaller bedrooms, with 1 bunk bed that can be easily transformed in a double bed. Each bedroom has an wardrobe, a desk and an LCD TV. There are also 2 large and well equipped bathrooms. The living room has an open kitchen which is very well equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The flat has also 2 nice balconies/terraces, and even if the view is not a special one, you can enjoy sitting there to drink a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. THE LOCATION is a good one, with supermarkets, shops and bars nearby. Even if you want to get to Marina or to The City of Arts and Sciences and Turia river, it will take you about 15-20 minutes walking to get there. In conclusion, I personally highly recommend this flat to everyone and especially to families with kids.

Contras: It would have been perfect if the flat had been located closer to The City of Arts and Sciences l. But, even though, it was great because to get there it took 15 - 20 minutes walking.

Pros: El piso es fantástico, muy cuidado y la anfitriona fenomenal. Nos dejó unos detalles de bienvenida para los niños y para nuestra mascota que viajaba con nosotros. La verdad es que es un piso más que recomendable por su excelente calidad/precio y ubicación.

Pros: Great value and location. Host she is friendly and helpful. Apt. is clean, big, conformable and close to all the attractions.

Pros: The property was in a friendly neighbourhood within easy reach of the metro, taxis and bike stores. From there we got to see a fair amount of the fantastic city of Valencia

Contras: It is difficult to be critical, however, the single beds were not as comfortable as the doubles (which were very comfortable) and more than one main door key between our party would have been useful. A couple of USB points would have been a bonus.

Pros: Perfect accomodation, the welcome from the owner was friendly and warm and couldn't be better... big enough for 4 persons and the rooms were very clean.

Pros: Modern apt,well equipped. Walking distance to Ciudad De Artes & Ciencias. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by as well as El Corte Ingles.

Contras: Nothing really negative to say. Problem with one of the toilets but as there are 2 bathrooms this wasn't a great problem. Soraya very willing to sort. Could have done with more than 1 tea towel.

Pros: De host Soraya stond ons op te wachten in het appartement. We hadden van tevoren een timeframe doorgegeven voor de aankomst. Super aardig en behulpzaam. Flesje wijn stond op ons te wachten.

Contras: Niets viel tegen.
