This beautiful top floor apartment is located in a small residence with swimming pool in the heart of the lovely town of Costa Teguise. Perfectly located is very close to the beach of Las Cucharas and the entrance of the Pueblo Marinero with its typical Spanish restaurants. The apartment has a large double bedroom. The bathroom has a comfortable hydromassage shower and the hairdryer. The living room is very bright with a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, smart flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free internet WI-FI. The terrace is very spacious and has a nice view of the pool area. The apartment is ideal for a holiday where you can combine water sports (windsurfing, swimming), walking and cycling, sunbaths and sea. Shopping area and nightclubs are a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Restaurants, bars, shops, public transport and taxis are also reachable on foot in a few minutes.
