Built in 1902, this listed property has been tastefully decorated incorporating grand antique doors and furniture, with a modern, contemporary design. One of the few properties in the city of Valencia to have a large front courtyard with greenery for privacy, as well as a large back garden with multiple seating areas, including a 6 seater dining table with multiple nearby plug sockets, 2 sofas on a covered terrace as well as sun chairs and a hammock. *Please note not all rooms are suited to pets so please message prior to making your booking to ensure we can facilitate your stay. **A 50euro cash damage deposit will be required upon arrival for bookings with pets.
