Pros: The landlord was very nice to us. Location is close to Malvarrosa beach and just down stairs there is s bus stop to go to Valencia old town and the science and arts city.
Contras: I consider that price is expensive per night for sharing a flat with other people, although the room was big enough, at the wake up time I was having to use the toilet for a while. Two toilet for 6 people would be better.

Pros: La habitación estaba muy bien, lo único que la cama asia un poco de ruido a acostarse o lebantarse, la comparti con mi hijo porque era grande pero estaba un ruidosa la cama jjjjj, lo demas todo bien

Pros: Le.lenzuola e il.pavimento della stanza è pulito.
Contras: Check in troppo tardi alle 17 denza possibilità di lasciare prima le valigie e quindi andare in giro tutto il giorno con esse. E in ritardo di un ora per cui siamo andate alle ore 18 e non era ancora tutto pulito. Una volta c'era della sabbia sul balcone e ci hanno incolpati senza invece incolpare chi aveva lasciato dei peli nel lavandino. Nella stanza nei cassetti pieni di polvere e non si poteva lasciare i vestiti senza prima pulire. Il proprietario si cucina il cibo ma non chiude mai la porta della cucina e c'è un malo odore per tutta casa. Si trova nella zona più losca di valencia e si ha paura uscire la sera

Pros: Todo bien. Ubicación cercana a la playa. Piso grande, con buena limpieza, ducha espaciosa y habitaciones grandes. Jaffar muy atento y simpático.
