From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved. Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee which can be paid in cash on arrival.
This lovely sea/beach front house is located in Son Serra next to Can Picafort a famous sandy beach. Perfect family apartment for up to 6 persons. From the terrace you will enjoy the sea views. Decorated with style to offer maximum comfort. An open plan living/dining area with well-equipped kitchen and fittings along with a lovely bright interior. There are stunning sea views from the terrace as well the dining area. Patio doors open onto the terrace furnished with a table with chairs. There are three bedrooms, two with two double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 full bathrooms with bath and shower. The apartment is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning on the living room. Amenities/Facilities: Fridge/Freezer, Hob/Stove, Iron, refrigerator/freezer, Microwave, Oven toaster, Washing Machine, Wifi, air conditioning, coffee machine, TV, DVD player, sun loungers, storage space to keep the bicycles and other home equipments. Son Serra is with many great restaurant (special for fish) and cafeterias, shops and supermarket. Many beaches and cala are all close by like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Alcudia and Arta. All facilities within walking distance, very central with advantage of being near beach and promenade next to the sea. From Palma de Mallorca airport, it's just around 1 hour drive by car.
