The house was built in the 1990s and was awarded several times by different architecture magazines. The unique pool studio "Agua" is round and fits perfectly with the organic style of the rest of the house. From the bright maritime furnished room, there are only a few steps to the large swimming pool. Right next to the studio is the sauna. The studio has a small kitchenette and comfortable seating area, a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the property (1000sqm), there is a swimming pool (84 cubic meters), a sauna (we charge a little extra fee for electricity), a whirlpool (we charge a little extra fee for electricity), a warm outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, yoga platform, Canary stone oven. These are used by the residents of the entire villa (apartment "Aire", studio "Agua", bungalow "Tierra").

The villa is located in La Pared. The small surfers village is located on the west coast of Fuerteventura only 5 minutes by car from the tourist east coast. On the large natural beach are good waves for surfing all year round. Our villa is located only 500m from the beach. In the village there are some small shops, a small supermarket (which is also open on Sunday), a bar, a sports hotel and one of the most famous fish restaurants Fuerteventura in the romantic bay "Bahia La Pared".
