Superb Central Market Apt

Pros: Location

Contras: Lack of hot and even warm water during whole stay. No possibility to fix it by owner just verbal reaction and promises. Location is good but rather noisy - noisy street is nearby. There's no balcony just windows with balustrades. I do not recommend this place or maybe if you like to take a cold water shower everyday this place will suit you.

Pros: Just a few seconds walking to historical mercat central. Air condition works great and warms whole house up quickly. There is elevator. Big wardrobes and big refrigator. There is everything you need in kitchen. The double bed is soo comfortable, couldnt check the single one but im sure it is same:) The owners are so polite and kind, my credit card did not work but they were so helpfull and didnt put any pressure while i was figuring out the problem. No deposit, just a cleaning fee. So close to everywhere, to metro station, to bus stops, by walking you can see most of popular places in city. And you can go to malvarossa beach by metro and then tram. And to art and science museum by bus. Hardly recommended! Thanks for everything.

Contras: The building is quite new but there is one small dead end street next to it and it looks scary at night, there are old and abandoned buildings but there is nothing to worry, its totally safe and secure. No curtains, just wood window parts, when you close them they totally close whole windows. We were okay for us cause we were here in winter but for summer time it can be an issue cause the apartment is on first floor. When you close no sunlight, when you open you dont want to be seen from street :) There is french balcony which is really small but in a place like this no need for balcony i think:)

Pros: muy céntrico , tranquilo y luminoso, salón cocina espacioso, suelo de parquet, estupenda calefacción. la habitación grande está bien y con buenos armarios. mercado central al lado. para comprar dos supermercados muy cerca.

Contras: quería que fuera de 2 habitaciones para 4 personas adultas . en el apartamento ponía que era de dos habitaciones , pero una de ellas muy, muy pequeña ya que la cama era individual con otra debajo para sacarla y cuando se ponían las dos no hay espacio. solo un rollo de papel higiénico, el cuarto de baño mueble viejo y toallero roto, por la noche no sale agua caliente. la mampara y las juntas de la ducha muy, muy mejorables, sartenes viejas (para tirarlas vamos), estropajos y bayetas muy usados

Pros: La posizione dell’hotel è centrale, vicinissima a Plaza del Sol. Camere pulite e personale gentilissimo. Colazione abbondante. Tutto top

Pros: L'hôte sympa, l'emplacement genial autant que l'appartement, grand, joliment décorée, nous avons adoré sejourner la bas ! comme a la maison

Pros: Struttura vicinissima al mercato centrale, cattedrale, posizione ottima. Abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serviva. La struttura era pulita.

Pros: Prachtige locatie midden in het centrum, schoon en ruim appartement.

Pros: Zentrale Lage, die Wohnung war funktional und gut ausgestattet, gutes Bett, großes Bad, gemütlicher Wohn-Essbereich. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig. War für uns kein Problem da die Wohnung im 1. Stock lag und schön kühl war.

Contras: Die Nachfrage nach einem 2. Schlüssel für die Wohnung wurde gar nicht beachtet. Wir kamen aber auch so zurecht da wir immer gemeinsam unterwegs waren. Unser Hinweis, dass eine Lampe nicht funktionierte und die Halterung für die Dusche defekt sei, wurden ebenfalls nicht beachtet. Der Grund ist sicher, dass es sich nicht um eine persönlich vermietete Wohnung handelt sondern eher verwaltet wird. Es fehlte der Wohnung ein bisschen der gute Geist eines Eigentümers. Wir haben uns aber deshalb nicht die Laune verderben lassen.

Pros: Super gelegen en mooi appartement

Contras: Niets

Pros: Ubicación excelente. Muy limpio y cómodo. Perfecto para 3 personas
