Pros: Everything else, the location is perfect, it is spotless and even though close to main strip there is no noise at night time I loved this apartment xx
Contras: I don't like the beach and as we had an upstairs apartment I had nowhere to sunbathe, but it would not stop me staying here again

Pros: I loved the apartment the balcony was a sun trap the apartment has mosquito mesh on the windows and are a huge godsend The location Is excellent 2 mins to strip yet no noise The shower is amazing beds comfy great working fridge Overall we loved these apartments we stayed in 1 bed up 16 steps Will come again when they have the shed finished .
Contras: We just were unfortunate to time our stay the 2 weeks they decided to have a shed reconstruction done the kango hammers and sledge hammers were going from 8am the noise was unbearable it never stopped we just got no peace there no holiday lie in no chilling with th h breakfast on the balcony I just feel for the money we paid we were cheated out of our 2 weeks out of a busy hectic life at home .I really think they should have refunded us something for the inconvenience I was quite sick and just needed peace and quiet . Toilet didn't flush and was sorted out so quickly and the socket sparked which was sorted too The owners were so nice we felt bad for complaining. The wifi isn't great and English tv non existent. Could do with a new sun umbrella as old one has the spokes sticking out and has holes a bottle of sand is the brolley holder .

Pros: Alexandra, atenta a todas nuestras peticiones. Resolviendo cualquier cuestión muy rápido. Hizo que nos sintiéramos muy cómodos. La playa muy cerca. Es la mejor zona de Puerto del Carmen para salir por la noche y por la playa.
Contras: Frigorífico pequeño y no había lavadora. Nuestro apartamento algo ruidoso por ser junto a la calle. Los de interior seguro que mucho más silenciosos.

Contras: The appartment was brilliant not to far from local amenities my host was very welcoming and could not do enough I use 2walking aids so it was perfect for me and the sitting area was a lovely place to sit and relax

Pros: Excellent location. Very clean. Hosts very pleasant and were there to meet us on arrival. Helped us arrange transfer for flight home. Excellent communication before arrival.
Contras: An awning for the balcony would have been great as not possible to get shade if sitting out on the balcony

Pros: Very close to beach and amenities, not able to hear any noise at night from local bars. Clean spacious apartment. Lovely welcome from Alexandra, who met is at the apartment and who booked taxi for airport return. 'Proper' hairdryer and iron in apartment Water in fridge and a beer on arrival
