Pros: fantastic location, fantastic value

Contras: no safe for valuables no number on the door, so on entering from the main door, go up the stairs and the apartment is the door at the end of the corridor facing you as the German reviewer helpfully noted, keep the plug in the sink of the en-suite as there is no u bend on it, and otherwise, it causes the room to get a bit whiffy

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr groß und die Aussicht von der großen Terrasse unschlagbar. Der Kontakt zur Verwaltung war super, freundlich und schnell erreichbar.

Contras: Leider roch es aus den Waschbecken nach Abwasser, was allerdings darauf zurückzuführen ist, dass keine Siphons benutzt wurden was den Geruch verhindert hätte. Wir haben immer alle Abflüsse mit den Gummistopfen zugemacht und bei einem Waschbecken den Überlauf zugeklebt. Hat super funktioniert und alles war gut.

Pros: The sea view, convenient for supermarkets.

Contras: No apartment number on key safe. No number on apartment door. Oven faulty. No luggage hold.

Pros: The location was great! Terrace nice.

Contras: No fresh air from windows. Smell coming from en-suite, no door just a curtain. No information pack! Conservatory too hot! Ceiling fans would have helped, especially in bedrooms, musty smell in twin bedroom 🤥

Pros: The fabulous views - you could watch the world amble by overlooking the shopping thoroughfare or switch to the other side of the apartment to the massive veranda and spectacular vistas overlooking Playa Blanca and Fuerteventura in the distance. The location also was also fantastic - you were right in the middle of everything!!

Contras: Nothing - we could not find fault with it.
