Pros: Best area to live while visiting a city as a tourist. Right in the middle of old town, but in a quiet street.

Contras: Appartamento sporco al check-in pavimento sporco come polvere nei locali, macchie e gocce sulle suppellettili e sui vetri dei tavoli. Aria condizionata non funzionante temperatura all'interno dell"appartamento sempre altissima, codice errore sul termostato E4 che dopo 3 chiamate al referente il quale suggeriva un "reset" senza successo rimaneva superiore ai 31 gradi C°. Pessima esperienza arredo ormai super sfruttato e suppellettili sporche e datate. Ruggine sul mobilio del bagno.

Pros: I like the appartement being right in the center of Valencie however in a very quite street. This is the big advantage of the accomodation. The whole appartement was very clean, tidy and spacious.

Contras: Nothing, all was great. Nothing to complain about.

Contras: El aire acondicionado se estropeó y no se presento nadie a arreglarlo

Pros: The apartment is new, comfortable, clean, big enough for two couples, in the centre of the city, you can reach everything on foot

Contras: The apartment is located inside an old building but it is new and comfortable

Pros: Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war zentral und sehr gut. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und die Übergabe (Check in / und -out) war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war mit einem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen, was für uns sehr wichtig und sehr gut war, da zu dieser Zeit bei einer Reisenden eine Gehbehinderung vorlag (Größe des Fahrstuhls war für uns absolut ausreichend; Anmerkung: nicht für jeden Rollstuhl ist der Fahrstuhl geeignet, da zu schmal ). Für unsere Bedürfnisse war alles perfekt!!!!!!
