Pros: Удобное месторасположение. Больше всего понравилась наполненность апартаментов. Было много нужных важных мелочей. Хозяин не экономил на мелочах. Было приятно попасть в домашнюю уютную обстановку. Много посуды. Моющих и чистящих средств в достатке. Остановка транспорта и магазины очень близко. Депозит возвращают на следующий день.

Contras: В спальнях нет кондиционирования. Есть хорошие, мощные вентиляторы, но окна открыть проблематично и поэтому в жаркий сезон жарковато. Апартаменты хорошо обставлены, но все же депозит очень велик. До пляжа приходится ездить на транспорте.

Pros: It was incredibly spacious with amazing original features. Extremely clean with very good appliances. The flooring was beautiful and authentic. The area is fantastic- lots of fabulous restaurants on your doorstep, supermarkets very close by and the centre of Valencia just a 10 minute walk away. My family had such a brilliant stay and will definitely return in the near future. There is so much to do and see in Valencia, even though we stayed for 2 weeks and did loads there is still so many parts of Valencia we would like to visit!

The area is fantastic- lots of fabulous restaurants on your doorstep, supermarkets very close by and the centre of Valencia just a 10 minute walk away. My family had such a brilliant stay and will definitely return in the near future. There is so much to do and see in Valencia, even though we stayed for 2 weeks and did loads there is still so many parts of Valencia we would like to visit!

Contras: Seul le salon est doté d’une climatisation. Les chambres ne le sont pas. Des ventilateurs ont été mis à notre disposition suite à notre demande. Mais ça reste insuffisant pour autant.
