Valencia/Mare Nostrum

Pros: El apartamento muy bien equipado y limpio.El dueño muy amable y atento.Las comunicaciones a Valencia centro muy bien

Pros: Our communication with the landlord was very easy and he was very helpful and very nice so we were very happy about that. The neighbourhood that we stayed in was very friendly and because it was right at the end of the beach it was always so peaceful and the beach was not always to packed. They also had loads of events for the locals as it seemed that the town council building was literally a 3 minute walk from the complex. We stayed in October so the weather was still great and everything wasnt packed with people which was wonderful. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again however if you are either a small family or a very small group, looking to not explore much and just enjoy the beach and the peace I would definitely suggest this. I would definitely come back to VALENCIA!! and pay abit more for more space and location. Apart from the apartment we had a great time and valencia is a great and interesting city (im sure the landlord will be looking into the cleanliness of his apartment)

Contras: The apartment is definitely quite small, so for 4 to 5 people we definitely wouldn't recommend it. As you are on top of each other. If its just for a night or 2 then fine but any longer than that the apartment only suits 3 people maximum. The location is really out of the way. If you plan to travel in and out of the city alot then fine but this is NOT a city location you are really outside of the city for peace and quiet then this is a good option. The actual duvet needs to be changed. A person who stayed before spilled coke on it and it wasn't changed before our arrival and the shower head was broken. The apartment is definitely not as clean as it should be and that definitely needs improvement for example dirty kettle, dirty toaster, dirty kitchen cupboards! Food that guests have left which are out of date. The air conditioning system should definitely be changed. It should be set to each individual room and not the whole apartment. Different people have different needs when it comes to temperature so it's ashame that a system like that has been set up. Was a little disappointed aswel the fact that some of the photos are misleading. He has added a picture of Marina beach bars pool which we all assumed was on the complex. I would take down that photo as it is false advertisement or write on the photo that it is marina beach bar. We found out at reception when we showed the receptionist the photo and he told us ant Marina Beach bar is literally on the other side of the city. Definitely need to change this.

Pros: Spacey apartment, high quality, safe area

Contras: A bit noisy from the street, not the best view

Pros: We loved our stay here! Checking in and checking out was very easy and not complicated at all. We found our parking space and our room quite fast. Once we had entered we were amazed at how beautiful it was! The view was nicer than expected and having a glass of wine on the balcony topped it all of. I was surprised at how many tools were in the kitchen so we ended up cooking one night for dinner. Felipe was so kind whenever I had questions he helped me answer them. I’m so glad we ended up choosing this apartment!! Thank you.

Pros: Host attentive

Contras: Apartment needed a deeper clean. Bath/ shower and whb had soap debris and a noticeable amount of human hair. Apartment had received only a perfunctory wipe down prior to our arrival.

Pros: Mooie inrichting, mooi zwembad vlakbij mooi strand

Contras: Personeel bij zwembad en bar erg onvriendelijk, spreken geen Engels.

Pros: L’alloggio è collocato in un residence molto grande al termine della spiaggia di Patacona. È una struttura sicura con il proprio parcheggio sotterraneo. La piscina comune è bella e molto ben tenuta, come del resto tutta la struttura. Per i piccolini c’è anche un mini parco giochi e un bar dove poter comprare bibite fresche o fare un piccolo pasto. La posizione permette di raggiungere in 15 minuti il centro di Valencia e le sue principali attrazioni. La spiaggia è molto bella ed alla sera si possono fare delle passeggiate sul lungomare tra i localini fino ad arrivare a platya Malvarrosa. Alloggio pulito e ben tenuto. Consigliato!

Contras: Se proprio bisogna trovare qualcosa di negativo, segnalo che il parcheggio sotterraneo ha i posti molto stretti, ma è praticamente ovunque così in tutti i parking underground.

Pros: A wonderful host, apartment fully equipped. Did not miss a thing. Balcony has No sun at this time of year when the sun is hight, which is lovely when you need a break from the sun. View to the Beach. There are two supetmarkets across the street, so No need to Go "all the way" to Consume or Mercadona or Alcampo, unless you want to buy dinner. We walked to Alcampo, beachway. 15 minutes. Bus 31 to Malvarrosa across the street. Then change to bus 19 or 99 to get to Aqua or Turia. We took alot of taxi, not so expensive. Just overall a fantastic place to stay. Lovely Staff in the restaurant/cafe at the resort. Pool open from 11 am to 9 pm. Wish to be back, absolutely. Thank you, Filipe.
