Villa Julianne Carmen 1 is located in Puerto del Carmen on the Spanish island of Lanzarote. This detached property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with private, heated, swimming pool. The villa is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Many of our villas in Lanzarote offer pool heating for FREE and is available from November until the 1st of May. (During the summer months it is not required) The pool heating system raises the temperature 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not heated. On the ground floor is a kitchen, lounge, dining area, 1 double bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms (1 double with en suite and 1 twin) As per Agni Travel’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, Agni Travel will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.

Pros: Location fairly central. Bedrooms a decent size Towels good quality Check in and check out was easy. Plenty of hot water Parking outside
Contras: 5 dining chairs for potentially six people someone has to sit on the sofa. Arms on the seats outside were wobbly and it all looks a bit tired No hairdryer No bedroom bins No matching wine glasses all different sizes Patio door won’t open Front door and downstairs bedroom door stick Only one front door key so if you go out separately you have to do-ordinate a time to be back or else you can’t get in. Light in double bedroom upstairs glows in the dark all night No pool towels Can’t use kitchen area if people are seated at the dining table, not enough room to open the oven nor wash up. Bathroom taps need attention, stiff and squeaky Bidet doesn’t work Toilet flush sticks and water runs for ever in downstairs bathroom No grab rail in baths for older people taking a shower Kitchen sink tap feels as though it’s going to break, very wobbly. No instructions for washing machine or cooker Dishes in cupboard were dirty and had to be washed before use. Pool is tiny and not child friendly as the shallow end is about 4’10” and it dips very rapidly. Crockery is mis matched and exactly six of everything so no extras for sharing plates etc. All in all the villa would benefit from a good maintenance overhaul. We have stayed in much better quality villas In Lanzarote for the same money. If all you want is a roof over your head for a week or two it’s probably ok but for those who want a little more comfort I wouldn’t recommend.

Pros: Villa perfecta para una familia. Tiene todo necesario para pasar unos vacaciones.
Contras: Teniamos un problema con la nevera que no ha enfriado. Han tardado casi 2 dias en solucionar el poblema.

Pros: Beliggenheden er god, rengøringsniveauet er i orden
Contras: Sengene er ikke gode, man falder ind mod midten og de er kun 140 bredde, huset vender ikke rigtigt så der er kun sol på svømmepølen indtil kl.12

Pros: we were able to leave our bags in the villa before check in time as our flight arrived in the morning. We were able to head to supermarkets to buy food and necessities for the week. So easy to find our way around the neighbourhood and such a close walk to the beach and the harbour! The house was spotless!
Contras: wish there was basic necessities like salt, oil, sponge for washing the dishes. Swimming pool started to get a little dirty even with the cover on nobody came by to clean it, but it wasnt a problem.
