Villa Palmira is located in Puerto del Carmen on the Spanish island of Lanzarote. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with private, heated, swimming pool. The villa is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Pool Heating Many of our villas in Lanzarote offer pool heating. This is provided FREE and is available from November until the 1st of May. (During the summer months it is not required as the pool is already warm.) The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not heated. Pros: Very good location - walking distance from many restaurants and the beach. The common rooms are very good and the house is suitable for 8 people. The host is helpful.
Contras: The house is in a bit of a rough shape - bathroom door difficult to close, chairs are old and broken. Basic things missing: toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries.

Pros: Location was good Size was perfect for our party
Contras: Poor up keep One of the beds was broken ( we reported the first day and it was still broken on leaving) Decorations were appalling Broken tiles around the swimming pool Only 1 knife to do any food presentations and that was broken and looking at the rust around the handle had been like that a long time The pillows were seemed filled with lumps of hard foam We may be wrong but it felt like this villa was just out to make money with as little spent on its up keep as possible Most of the internal doors do not close properly and the door to the bedroom off the kitchen can not be opened from the inside using the handle. You have to use the key which is very stiff

Pros: We loved the property and how private it was and also the location we were close to everything, shops,bars,restaurants fantastic location.
Contras: We loved everything about it, there was nothing bad about the property at all

Pros: The location in Puerta del Carmen is ideal. The villa is spacious enough for a family of 8.
Contras: The villa needs some attention. It’s rooms need a coat of paint and the furniture in the bedrooms/ lounge areas is chipped and shabby. The bathroom had no toilet roll holder and again could do with being refurbished. There were only 7 sun beds and one appeared to be broken. The outside shower did not appear to have been used for some time.

Pros: Heerlijk verblijf gehad met een groep vrienden en met fijne voorzieningen inclusief zwembad en BBQ. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
Contras: De stop in het bad paste niet in het afvoerputje en het warm water was snel op.
