Our apartment was supposed to be for our family after falling in love with this region. Unfortunately, after my father took ill, the apartment has not been used as much as we might have liked, so we are now offering it for rental. Furnished to our own high standards, this ground floor apartment is secure, tastefully decorated and has safe areas both front and back where the little ones can play. The living area features a 4 seat dining set, 6 seat leather corner unit, fully equipped kitchen, a TV and DVD player; each bedroom has a wardrobe and twin beds which can be used apart or pushed together, and there is a travel cot for any smaller visitors. Outdoors we have another table and chair set with parasol, and a pair of relaxers. The bathroom features a bath with shower, basin, WC and bidet. Outside is a large sun terrace, which is accessible from both the living room and the main bedroom, whilst the secure area outside the front door is shaded and cooler, making it ideal for the kids to play when it's too hot out front. You will find a pool at the La Envia Hotel or Country Club on site. All rooms have ceiling fans, plus air conditioning for added comfort.
Hi, I'm Andrew. I look forward to welcoming you to our lovely 2 bedroom apartment Almeria and Beyond. We hope to look after you well during your stay and to be able to fulfil all your needs. On-site we have Antonio and his team taking care of everything; they are highly experienced in property maintenance and also live in Roquetas, so are never far away. They will deal with the handover of keys and any other enquiries you may have during your stay. They will also make sure the apartment is as you'd expect on arrival. Whilst we often head to the La Envia Hotel for drinks, a meal, or to use the pool, we love the beach and exploring the area. On a daily basis, we'll head down to Puerto de Aguadulce and set up on the adjacent beach. It takes around 10 minutes by car. However, if you're a golf enthusiast, you're really in a great spot - the on-site golf course is excellent and scenic. For those who enjoy pampering, there is also a wonderful wellness centre at La Envia, where you can go make use of the spa and other services. Costs apply, but they are on-site features that are worth exploring. I wish you a wonderful time exploring Almeria and beyond!
The La Envia urbanization is a gated community of domestic and holiday apartments, houses, and an 18 hole golf course with a 5-star hotel on-site. It's always nice to have a stroll around to take in the views of the mountains, golf course, and the Mediterranean, as well as some of the more luxurious millionaires' properties! We adore the whole area, so would highly recommend a visit. Our base is an excellent place from which to explore the region. Close to home is the La Envia Hotel, Country Club, and Golf Course. Just 2 minutes walk from our apartment, it offers all the usual 5-star refinements, as well as a full spa and wellness centre. The stunning 18 hole golf course is sculpted into the mountains offering some beautiful views. Restaurants are in both the hotel and country club, and there are pools available to use at a local charge. 10km downhill is the beautiful Puerto de Aguadulce, with Roquetas de Mar just a few km further. We've fallen in love with both and can highly recommend the area. Also of note nearby: Enis & Felix; Almeria; Roquetas de Mar; Cabo de Gata (some of the best beaches in Spain are here!); Tabernas; Granada; Sierra Nevada, and much more!
