The apartment is located in “Playa Chica” where the elevator will lead you directly to the private sandy beach. Within five minutes walking distance, you will find the famous natural beach “Playa de Las Gaviotas” and only 3 kilometers away is the fishing village of San Andrés, home to the renowned beach “La Teresitas”. The apartment has a glassed in terrace with breathtaking views and dining area, a large and inviting living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. Sheets, bath towels, tea towels and even beach towel are available to our guests. The building itself also has a spacious sun deck with lounges (free) and shaded areas near the beach as well as a garden. Plenty of private parking is available and can be accessed by remote control. The location is south-west of Macizo de Anaga, and the gentle clouds guarantee a mild climate year round. At the moment, the exterior of the building towards the sea and the entrance is protected by fences, because conservation works are foreseen, but that will not affect the apartment or the direct access to the beach and garden.

Pros: Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Schlüsselübergabe war ganz unkompliziert, wir konnten nachts anreisen und dem Schlüssel aus dem Tresor nehmen.

Pros: Ubytování bylo super, předtím než jsme se ubytovali nám psala paní Luisa, která dům vlastní a jedno patro pronajímá. Komunikovala s námi přes whatsapp a to v češtině. Ubytování proběhlo bez kontaktu s Luisou a to prostřednictvím trezůrku na vstupních dveřích ke kterému nám napsala kód. Paní Luisa ja velmi milá a vstřícná, nechala nám v lednici máslička, džemy, těstoviny, nachystala pitnou vodu v lahvi a vše jsme měli k dispozici. Naprostá spokojenost byla i díky ní. Apartmán je domácky zařízený, člověk se tam cítí jako doma. Pro dva lidi naprosto dostačující.

Pros: La casa está situada cerca de la playa de las Teresitas, a 20 min de Santa Cruz de Tenerife Luisa una señora encantadora y servicial,las instalaciones son excelentes, a 40 min está el parque Natural de Anaga,es un sitio tranquilo y sin masificación de gente ni hoteles.

Pros: La posizione ottima a 2 minuti dalla più bella spiaggia di Tenerife Las Teresitas. La casa bella, accogliente e pulita. Abbiamo potuto anche prepararci la cena. Parcheggio in strada gratuito e tranquillo. Grazie

Pros: Uprzejma gospodyni, apartament świetnie wyposażony, czysty, można poczuć się jak w domu. Bardzo wąskie zabudowanie, warto wziąć to pod uwagę przy wynajmie auta. Ze względu na położenie apartamentu, na plażę las Teresitas najłatwiej dostać samochodem (ok 5 min). Dobre miejsce wypadowe na poznanie bliżej gór Anaga. Gorąco polecam
