Pros: The location was perfect, right in the centre of town.. a stones throw from all the restaurants and boutique shopping areas. The food was delicious and the staff very attentive. Breakfast buffet was complete and complimented further by the a la carte menu. Rooms were luxurious, sumptuous and comfortable (we had the junior suite).
Contras: Elevator was a little tired.. lol

Pros: Food, rooms and location. It also boast a fab restaurant with a terrace overlooking Palma. The bed was so comfortable and pillows were too( I’m very fussy !) Perfect shopping location. Staff so helpful.

Pros: We did not have the breakfast but the location was perfect to see all the attractions that Palma has to offer
Contras: There was nothing we did not like.we were celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary and we could not have picked a better hotel or location to enjoy the occasion. In particular the Reception Staff were exceptional but we found all the staff including the Housekeeper very professional.

Pros: Fantastisk trevlig o hjälpsam personal❤️ Läget på hotellet var utmärkt bra! Frukost, lunch o middag helt makalöst bra! Den lilla poolen med solsängar på taket var ett underbart komplement till annars närliggande långa stranden som tog bara 15 min att gå till! Hotell doftade en lyxig doft o alla detaljer var noga uttänkt, dessutom fanns vacker konst på väggarna att beskåda!
Contras: Har bott på många hotell men detta var i särklass så bra att det inte finns något att klaga på!
