Pros: Abbiamo trascorso le vacanze di Natale. Posizione ottima in centro .Appartamento pulito e confortevole con il necessario per quanto riguarda la cucina non mancava nulla. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene torneremo sicuramente.

Pros: Die Betten sind ervorragend

Contras: Nichts

Pros: Es war alles sehr unkompliziert, wir haben im Vorfeld dem Vermieter einige Fragen gestellt, die immer kurzfristig und kompetent beantwortet wurden. Die Übergabe der Wohnung vor Ort hat ebenfalls super geklappt. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und stylisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was im Urlaub benötigt werden könnte. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros: Amazing location, great communication from the host, really nice and clean property, very quiet and modern. Spacious apartments, kitchen had all equipment one needs, bakeries behind the corner - perfect to get fresh bread for breakfast!

Contras: Appartment was very cold when we arrived. It took a while to get the comfortable temperature there - also because of that floors were really cold so slippers would have been a good idea!

Contras: It was on the fourth floor without a lift! The property could benefit from more mirrors especially with four women staying there 😉 Hooks on the backs of the doors would be useful too These are very minor points as the apartment was very nice and the beds were very comfortable

Pros: Great location...very central, easy walk to all the main sights & some great bars/restaurants yet very peaceful for sleeping at night Well equipped apartment, very comfortable bed, good shower & spacious and comfortable lounge area English TV available via use of Apple TV & we enjoyed listening to Apple Music via the TV - very good sound! Easy & responsive communication with host

Contras: Minor point but limited wardrobe space if staying more than a few days. Also be aware that no mid-stay cleaning for longer stays, but can request change of towels Some noise from occupants moving around in apartment above

Pros: Great host, Joaquin is lovely, friendly and professional. Excellent value, spotless clean apartments (I rented two for large family), light and airy, very modern but in the heart of old town. I travelled with my four children and felt extremely safe and secure at all times. The beds were super comfortable and the facilities - tv, apple tv, netflix etc were top notch. Kitchen was new and had everything we could possibly need. Bathrooms were lovely. Had a great stay and will stay again. The roof terrace was also lovely with great views of the city.

Pros: Comfy bed, aircon, everything you need in the kitchen. Convenient for restaurants and shops.

Contras: Nothing

Pros: Super Lage, sehr zentral. Waschmaschine im Appartment vorhanden. Trotz Nähe zu Placa Major war es nachts sehr ruhig. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Shoppingtouren durch Palma.

Contras: Leider fehlt der Geschirrspüler.

Pros: Very central, a lovely roof terrass, easy to ger in contact with personel!
