A 3 bedroom 2 bathroom private town house sleeping 6 guests, communal swimming pool (seasonal), parking for 1 car, fibre optic internet/WiFi, Air conditioning in all rooms and a private roof top terrace. The beach is only 400m away. The lounge has a TV with Spanish channels; other channels in English, German, and French etc. are available from an android device which are streamed from the internet. There is also A/c, DVD, books and large sofa. The open plan fully fitted kitchen and dining room has A/C, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and juicer. The dining room table seats 6 guests. The 3 bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the 1st floor. The master bedroom has a 1.8m bed, built-in wardrobe & A/C. The second bedroom has a double bed with built-in wardrobe and A/c. The last bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe and A/c. A walk in shower room is located on the ground floor & the main full bathroom on the 1st floor. Although smoking is allowed, this must take place on the private roof terrace or private kitchen patio, not inside the property. On the 2nd floor you have a washing machine & access to the private terrace with seating and BBQ.
Me and my wife Lynn have lived in Sanlucar since 2003, so can inform you of where the best places to eat, drink and visit are, in the local area. I'm originally from Bolton, just outside Manchester in the North West of England, support Bolton Wanderers and even get to go back and see BWFC every now and then. I go to the gym 5 days a week doing spinning and play padel (a form of tennis) a few times each week, which is very popular here in Spain. Within 100m there are several small convenience stores such as a pharmacy, fish monger, an excellent butcher for all your meats, pre-cooked food, cheese and charcuterie plus some small convenience stores. Around 400m from the house there are a variety of shops including Mercadona supermarket, bakers and many cafeterias. The famous Bajo de Guia is about 20 min walk along the promenade and Plaza Cabildo main square is only 8 minutes’ walk with all its well-known tapas bars. The beach is only 400m away from the property and the well know Casa Bara Perico is located only 300m from the house, so you can enjoy the famous Sanlucar freshly fried fish tapas dishes
