A 3 bedroom 2 bathroom town house sleeping 6 guests, communal pool (seasonal), parking for 1 car, high speed fibre optic internet, mini gym, A/C in all rooms & private terrace. The house is located only 400m away from the beach. The lounge has a TV with Spanish channels; international channels are available from streaming device. There is also a DVD, A/c, books and comfortable sofas. The fully fitted kitchen & dining room has A/C, oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and juicer. The dining room table seating for 6. A shower room is located on the ground floor. The 3 bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the 1st floor. The master bedroom has a large 2m by 2m bed, walk-in wardrobe, A/C. The twin bedroom has a built-in wardrobe & A/C. The 3rd bedroom has a single bed and a pull out single bed is available, also with A/C. The main full bathroom on the 1st floor with bath & walk in shower. Although smoking is allowed, this must take place on the private roof terrace or private kitchen patio, not within the property. The 2nd floor has a mini gym, washing machine & access to the private terrace with comfortable seating, terrace furniture, table and BBQ.
Me and my wife Lynn have lived in Sanlucar since 2003, so can inform you of where the best places to eat, drink and visit are in the local area. I'm originally from Bolton, just outside Manchester in the North West of England, support Bolton Wanderers. We love to explain about Sanlucar and the hidden gems to visit tasting the local Manzanilla sherry or wonderful fried fish. I go to the gym 5 days a week doing spinning and play padel (a form of tennis) a few times each week, which is very popular here in Spain. Within 100m there are several small convenience stores, a pharmacy, fish mongers and an excellent butcher for all your meats, cheese and charcuterie and pre-cooked food to save you from cooking after spending the day on the beach. Around 400m there are a variety of shops including Mercadona supermarket, bakers and many cafeterias. The famous Bajo de Guia is about 20 min walk along the promenade and Plaza Cabildo is only 8 minutes’ walk with all its well-known tapas bars. The beach is only 400m away from the property and the well know Casa Bara Perico us located only 200m from Casa 9 Sanlucar, so you can enjoy the famous Sanlucar freshly fried fish tapas dishes.
