Rationalist style house, belongs to the first set of townhouses built in Tenerife, its construction dates from 1930. This neighborhood emerged during the expansion of the city in the nineteenth century, conceived as a residential complex whose layout followed the urban type of garden city. The speed and uniformity of its construction, undertaken in the last decades of that century, favored the creation of a homogeneous set of houses.
