Casa Robert y Nergiz

Pros: We arrived very late but the land lady contacted us through an app, even rang us which was nice as we were busy trying to sort out issues with the car rental company and really stressed from it. She wouldn't accept the agreed late arrival payment and had a courtesy bottle of wine ready for us. Honestly this has never happened to us anywhere else! 👍 The area and surrounding is beautiful, pictures don't show how green and well groomed are the gardens, how huge and relaxed the pool and the area is, with streams and ornamental waterfalls etc. The only difficulty was finding parking space close to beaches on the weekends as it is a heavily developed and densely poulated area. All and all it was our best holiday to the Spanish peninsula including Mallorca and Portugal, mainly because of the apartment the landlord and the excellent location and well maintained surroundings of the holiday resort. AAA +

Pros: Prachtig appartement op een schitterend park. Mooi zwembad. Alles was uitstekend. Mooi uitzicht. Het was heerlijk rustig op het park.

Contras: Geen minpunten.

Pros: Apresentação moderna e prática da decoração do apartamento. A disponibilidade de todos os utensilios de cozinha e ingredientes básicos que permitem cozinhar. Aproximidade da praia. A vigilância constante do apartamento por parte da empresa de segurança. A piscina limpa.

Contras: A morada fornecida na reserva estava incorreta e infelizmente a sra que nos atendia o telefone não falava muito bem espanhol e como nós também não...correu mal. Na receção e entrega da chave também não correu bem. Na fatura pagámos por limpeza mas na verdade nunca lá foi ninguém durante a estadia, talvez seja para a limpeza pós-saída.

Pros: La décoration de l'appartement, la piscine, la situation (la vue sur la mer et sur un beau jardin)

Contras: Le matelas était trop mou pour nous et les voisins de l'étage du dessus étaient très bruyants à partir de 23 h jusqu'à 2h30 du matin ( douche, chasse d'eau, claquements de porte, pas sonores avec talons....).

Pros: La piscina casi no bajaba nadie.

Contras: Demasiado tranquilo x la noche no había mucho movimiento. La playa de roca.

Contras: Das Bett war zu weich und etwas klein

Pros: En mycket trevlig studio som är mycket bra utrustad. Läget mycket bra en bit från väg 7 så man störs inte av trafiken. Nära till strandpromenaden och restauranger samt ett mindre centrum. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Contras: Köket är inget man lagar en stor middag i men för enklare rätter fungerar det utmärkt Och det finns allt men kan behöva.

Pros: Le cadre est reposant, l'appartement est agréable et une belle piscine collective.

Contras: Les travaux incessants genre faire tomber les murs " travaux d'intérieur" pendant la 1er semaine toute la journée de 9:00 à 18:00 et la 2eme semaine persseuses au réveil durant le séjour avec les mêmes horaires. Nous sommes épuisés moralement et physiquement. Prévoir dans cette appartement un extincteur, une hotte et des draps de rechange.. Sinon l'appartement dans l'ensemble est agréable.

Pros: La localización (cerca de la playa y de sitios para comer). Los muebles están repletos de cosas para que no falte de nada (utensilios de cocina, de limpieza...). ¡¡MUY limpio!! Barrio muy tranquilo.

Contras: La cocina no tenía extractor de humos, por lo que había que cocinar con la puerta y la terraza abiertas para que no saltase la alarma de incendios.
