Pros: Apartment is very clean, Host Lisa was lovely and always helpful. The location is great, close to everything you want and need.

Contras: There is a washing machine but no washing detergent. We are there for one week so not going to buy a big amount of detergent. Maybe give each guest one tablet of detergent?

Pros: Die Lage ist ideal, der Balkon ist zum Verweilen einladend, das TV Gerät ist modern und gross, das Appartement ist so gemütlich wie halt zu Hause; mir gefiel einfach alles (!!!), abgesehen von einer schwachen Spülung auf der Toilette, doch was soll es? Kann man denn alles haben!? Im Ernst: eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die auf Wünsche des Gastes sofort reagiert, nur zu Empfehlen!!!

Contras: Schwache Spülung auf der Toilette, sonst ist alles bestens!!! Ich danke der Gastgeberin und wünsche allen Gästen solch einen angenehmen positiven gemütlichen unkomplizierten Aufenthalt in einem fernen fremden Land. Ich kam mir vor, ich wäre bei mir zu Hause!!! Danke, Grazie! Merci!!!! Gerne wieder!!!!!

Pros: Everything else was perfect close to the beach safe enviroment close to all shops

Contras: The beds were not comfortable they were very squeky

Pros: The View, cleanliness, the host herself went above and beyond and was always courteous and asked if anything was required that she could provide and did.

Pros: Very modern comfortable room with pool views. Clean pool area with plenty of sun beds. Power Shower & washing machine in the apartment The owner Lisa is fantastic nothing is too much trouble. Apartments are in a perfect location. Close to all the attractions

Pros: The apartment is renovated and has everything you need (tv, freezer, owen, washing machine etc.). The renovation has been made with good taste so it looks nice. Apartment has a beautiful view to the ocean and it is close to the beach and atractions. It is a low noise place but you can reach every part of los cristianos and las americas on foot. Pictures shown in the description were accurate. Stores and restaurants are near. The property has a pool, wifi and parking although if you came in high season you migh not find a parking space there are around 100 apartments in the property and probably around 20-30 parking spaces.

Contras: The floor on which the apartment was located was beeing renovated (pipes and electricity were laid). Some apartments on the same floor were also beeing renovated. Lot of noise in the morning/afternoon - should be fine in one month probably when the works ends. The bed was not very confortable due to the fact that the bed frame was metal and not very sturdy, it also made noise when you moved (this should definetly be fixed by the owner because the apartment is good otherwise). We were told about the renovation with a day prior to our arrival - the owner representative said she did not know (in my opinion the renovation started for some time prior to our arrival) - but she agreed to let us check out later to make up for the incovenience, the communucation with her was good.

Pros: Appartamento con tutto il necessario e anche qualcosa di più vista stupenda sul mare per poter godere anche del tramonto e piscina sempre pulita con tante sdraio a disposizione in loco anche un bar gestito da italiani, proprietaria dell'appartamento italiana molto disponibile e gentilissima nel farci trovare in camera al nostro arrivo una bottiglia di spumante e dei cioccolatini ed infine posizione perfetta soprattutto per la fermata degli autobus a pochi metri usufruendo di un'uscita secondaria della struttura.
