This wonderful rental property is located on Condado de Alhama Golf resort – on Jardins 11. It sleeps 5/6 in the 3 bedroom with an additional 2-bed apartment above to accommodate larger groups and families. The large communal gardens and pools are well kept and lit well at night. The resort boasts a number of bars and restaurants including cycle hire, supermarket and a Jack Nicklaus personally designed 18-hole golf course. There are a number of stunning beaches near Mazarron only 20mins drive.
We bought the property in 2008 and have enjoyed spending many fabulous holidays with my own family and friends there for the last ten years. With something for everyone from a wide choice of restaurants and bars available on site, a pool on your doorstep set in a safe surrounding with on-site security for that peace of mind. Beaches can be reached within 30minutes drive from the resort with plenty to choose from.
The neighbourhood is rich in culture and is home to a balanced community of Spanish, Scandinavians and British owners, making this Spanish development unique from others in the South of Spain.
