this is a private ensuite room independent from the main building where we live. Guest room has a double bed and a sofa that can be used as extra bed if needed. You are hiring just the room, no kitchen. During summer months, you can use the family swimming pool. Terrace is for your own use. Rest of the garden and property is off limits and can only used to enter the property. We have two friendly small dogs and you are welcome if you want to bring yours, but it has to be a small/medium size one.
We are experienced travelers and we would like to share our home with people around the world. We like skiing and mountain bike.
We live near Somosaguas University, Francisco de Vitoria University, La Finca and hospitals. It is a safe quarter of the city and with easy access to downtown Madrid by public transport. If you come by car or motorbike, you can park outside. Main roads to Segovia, Avila, Toledo etc are near home. You will feel at home while staying with us in our independent private ensuite room with all facilites in hand. NO kitchen. Small/medium size pets are allowed as we have two friendly dogs at home.
