Our apartment is easily accessed from the street via a short flight of steps. On entering the apartment, you will find a spacious entrance hall with access to the guest W.C. and the second twin bedroom which is en suite with a bath and bidet . Moving on into the apartment there is a well equipped modern kitchen and then a large living / dining area with 6 seater dining table. The master double bedroom is en suite with a large walk in shower and has access to the terrace. The large private terrace is also accessed from the living room. On the terrace there is another 6 seater dining table and seating for you to enjoy the sunshine. The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom as well as ceiling fans to both bedrooms and living room. Wifi is included
I have lived and worked here on the Cost del Sol for the past twenty years. Myself and my wife have owned our rental properties here for the past four years and we enjoy being able to offer good quality accommodation for our holiday guests. We are situated only 7 minutes comfortable stroll from the beach with chirringuitos, 5km of beachside wooden walkway, two main supermarkets, banks, shops, bars and restaurants. The local bus service stops just outside the development and can take you to Malaga in one direction and Marbella in the other with connections from there to the whole of Spain. Taxis are only a call away and can collect you from the door to take you wherever you wish to go. We are lucky to be within 40 minutes drive of over fifteen top quality golf courses in the area, and have many more not much further away. We can help you with golf bookings and can even arrange for you to hire clubs if you do not want to bring your own with you. Local tours are available to take you to local attractions such as the town of Ronda in the hills above Marbella, Gibraltar for some duty free shopping, or even to Morroco for either a day trip or short stay. We will be happy to help and advise on trips that you may be interested in.
