Located on the first floor of the popular Molino Blanco complex this apartment is tastefully furnished with private balcony directly overlooking the communal pool. The complex itself has a solar-panel heated swimming pool and the apartment has a private sun terrace. Popular with families of all ages, couples and golfers. The apartment is south facing and benefits from a covered balcony directly opposite the communal pool. WIFI available free of charge to all guests.. Bedrooms Master bedroom with double bed. In La Zenia you will find everything you need for a sunshine and beach holiday including the new Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping and entertainment center on the Costa Blanca. Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Villamartin Plaza have many excellent International restaurants and some well renowned Irish bars. There is a large supermarket 2 minutes from the apartment for your convenience. Torrevieja is a 15 minute bus ride and has a water Park, cinema and bowling at the Habaneras shopping complex. Go-karting is also available in Playa Flamenca. There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness, you are within 10 minutes walking distance to the fabulous La Zenia beach where water sports are available during the summer months. This is a superbly located apartment providing a great base for couple or small families. The location of this apartment means that car hire is not essential however recommend if you want to explore all that the southern Costa Blanca has to offer.
