Parque Santiago II (156) - Two Bed is a beautifully presented two bedroom apartment on this popular complex in the Playa de las Americas resort in Tenerife. It is a south facing property with sun on the terrace and balcony all day. It is a duplex apartment. The downstairs terrace has lovely pool views and is furnished with a patio table and chairs with a sun umbrella and 4 sun loungers. The terrace is partially covered, making it ideal for alfresco dining. Patio doors lead back into the lounge, which is comfortably furnished with a leather sofa and armchair. For entertainment there is a flat screen TV with English and international satellite channels, as well as a DVD player. There is also a selection of books for guests to borrow. The kitchen has been newly refurbished and is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, tall fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.
