Welcome to us, and thanks for visiting ! Caronte resort is a very nice complex with nicely built up green common areas. The location is very child-friendly, but is and very close to all amenities within walking distance. Close to the beach, yet far enough away that it is very quiet and peaceful relation. highway and roads in general. It is only 15 minutes by car to big cities such as Fuengirola and Marbella with their Perto Banus. The other permanent residents of the complex is very nice and friendly. The apartment is newly renovated and has got newer furnishings and decor in 2018. Beautiful balcony of 12 sqm with sun from morning to evening. I am a Man of 33 years, who has a partner and a child as well as working and living in Oslo (Norway) area. We rent out our resort and hope for many good feedback. There are a lot of activities to do and can name a few such as: water park, go-karting in Mijas, promenade that goes to the cozy village of La Cala. Walking, Shopping in Marbella and Fuengirola Miraflores golf just behind the condominium. Being on the beach or just relaxing in the backyard by the swimming bass meadow. There are 3 supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Less shopping center is also on the way up to the apartment which you will see on arrival. Tennis courts are also below the complex. I recommend usually to hire a car and there is parking right outside. 45min to Gibraltar, 2 hours to Sierra Nevada, 15 minutes to Fuengirola and Marbella mm. There is also a private property folder in the apartment which provides tips on activities etc.
