This villa is located in the center of the complex with a lovely garden terrace and a beautiful Olive tree. This ground floor unit has three (3) bedrooms and has been recently refurbished. The interior is cool and calm and complete with quality furnishings perfect for a short stay or a longer stay in the winter. The over-sized garden area is complete with a BBQ and also has a grass garden, perfect for small children. The garden is not overlooked by another villa or apartment and has sun from early morning until early evening. Bedroom one (1) has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps a dressing table, hairdryer and pay as you go Air conditioning. The bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with sink basins, WC, vanity unit, standard size bathtub and separate walk in shower. Bedroom two (2) has two (2) twin single beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and pay as you go Air conditioning. The patio doors from this bedroom open up to the back terrace garden. Bedroom three (3) has a small double bed, wardrobe and drawers and a skylight. Bathroom two (2) has a walk-in shower.
