Pros: Location, welcome pack, good communication with the host. Patio gets the sun for most of the day.
Contras: Slight lack of drawer space n the bedroom, would have liked a few British channels on the TV

Pros: The property was very nice, and had pretty much everything you need in it. The location is a little out of town, which makes for a little bit of a walk in the evenings, but is very quiet. The lady who we collected the keys from was very nice and friendly.
Contras: A very minor suggestion for improvement - the bin in the kitchen is teeny tiny, and not quite large enough if you want to do any cooking at home.

Pros: The standard of the apartment was excellent , lots of little extra home comforts you don't get when booking a hotel or apartment with a large company. The host has put some thought into providing those little extras, milk, wine, etc. on arrival plenty towels washing up liquid etc. that you would normally have to buy. The apartment has a patio which is a little sun trap sun all day (when it comes out ) weather was a bit hit and miss lol. A nice little touch usb adapter for multiple devices, there is no Wi-Fi however but most people now have plenty data on your phone
Contras: There are no negatives but some things may not suit everyone, the sun beach complex is pretty far up the hill so about a 15 20 minute walk to centre, there is a small shopping centre about 5 mins from apartment (turn left leaving apartment walk to end of street turn right at reception for (cant remember name of these apartments but you'll see it ) then just walk down hill you'll come to the centre, now depending on what your looking for you'll either love it or hate it but there is a good hyper dino supermarket there. To get to centre of town just keep walking down hill. The sun beach is a private complex so no reception or bar or anything but there is a good size pool and pool area. It is very quiet and there are a number of people live there permanently so it is very secure. Ideally this would be a perfect base if you were on an extended stay or hiring a car. The Two girls who met us at apartment were very helpful and friendly. To conclude I would highly recommend apartment it was fantastic but just be aware of the location and I would definitely hire a car next time.
