Pros: Excelente todo me gusto.

Pros: The owner, despite not speaking English, is very helpful and communication was not a problem. The apartment is renovated and everything is super new and clean. My room was upgraded (I booked a small one but stayed in a large and super comfy one) as they were doing some work in the apt, which not for a second disturbed me. Don't let the neighbourhood simple looks intimidate you: it is super safe and inside the apt is much better than the building seen from the outside.

Contras: The only "but" is location. It is not super close to the historical center, but, as I like walking around and public transit is super easy to use, that was not be a problem (and shouldn't be for you too). Cost x Benefit makes it one of the best options available in Valencia my opinion.

Pros: La muy buena atención de la anfitriona de la casa. La habitación es tal cual las fotos, todo muy limpio y cómodo. Buena ubicación tanto a pie como en bus de las zonas turisticas.

Pros: The room is very fit for few days trip and the rooftop space is really nice

Pros: Lovely big spacious clean comfortable bedroom

Contras: Nothing

Pros: Stanza piccola, ma confortevole e letto a castello super comodo, ottima accoglienza da parte degli host e grande attenzione verso gli ospiti (acqua e anacardi come regalo di benvenuto). Tra i plus cucina a disposizione e Wi-Fi (FTTH) incluso.
