Modern apartment with large communal pool and garden in the small village of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, 30 minutes north of Barcelona on the Costa Brava. The apartment consists of a bright living room / dining room directly overlooking the balcony / terrace with a breathtaking view of the village. Corner sofa, plasma TV screen, fireplace, dining table, everything is done to make you feel at home. After a nice day at the beach or at the pool, relax sipping a sangria while watching the sunset. Wanna cook your diner? The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, ... The night part is composed of 3 bedrooms.
