Pros: Clean, spacious house with everything you need and more. Grocery store and parking nearby. 20 minutes by bus to city centre or Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias. Valencia is gorgeous and this house is a good choice for large groups such as families!
Contras: Pets are not allowed (we would have preferred to bring our dog) and the location is not gorgeous but you can feel like you live in Valencia and the friendliness of the hosts makes for a great stay!

Pros: Overall we were really happy with our stay in this apartment, it was very clean and tidy. Our hosts were very easy to deal with in the run up to our arrival.
Contras: Some things that took away from our stay - no kettle, no wardrobes or enough hangers for our clothes. It was chilly at night time so we would have liked an extra blanket

Pros: The host was lovely and gave us great information and even booked 2 restaurants for us as we had no local knowledge and no Spanish to converse with.
Contras: Lovely and clean and safe. Got free parking very close.
